Saturday November 12th | 10am-1pm
Join us in discovering the joys of watercolor painting with local San Diego artist April Preston. April was a graphic designer for 15 years, but decided she loved the craft more than the computer. She picked up her paint brush and started painting again and has never looked back. Many people are afraid that watercolor is the hardest medium to work with, however, you will learn her tips and tricks to successful and beautiful paintings. April is passionate about color and will reveal how color is the difference in why some paintings are successful and why some are not. You will learn which tools to use to give you a frustration free introduction to watercolor painting. You will receive 2 brushes, cold press watercolor paper, 6 professional watercolor paints, a pallet, an eraser, and a pencil. Everyone will create their own floral watercolor painting by the end. This class is perfect for those that have always wanted to try something new!
