Get ready for your Halloween Party and learn cookie decorating techniques from Southern Belle Specialties.  Come have fun and decorate some yummy sugar cookies with colored icing, sprinkles and more!  This class offers step-by-step instructions for decorating your sweet treats.  You will create little masterpieces to take home with you to show off your new cookie decorating skills!
