Harmonious Hormones | Lifestyle Medicine Series with Dr. Gordon, ND

Harmonious Hormones | Lifestyle Medicine Series with Dr. Gordon, ND

Description:

Join Dr. Gordon in understanding the complex orchestra of hormones within our bodies and what may be blocking this important system’s harmonious rhythm. You will leave this workshop better understanding your body--how symptoms we experience as women are often from imbalances in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, as well as thyroid and adrenal hormones. Dr. Gordon will teach you how to look at different aspects in your own life to recognize shifts that can be made; she’ll suggest foods and other natural medicines all with the goal of supporting you in getting this out-of-balance system back into harmony once again! You’ll leave with a clear mind, positive intentions, and steps to attain more energy, feel sexier, and support your body in functioning the way it’s supposed to!

This workshop is for busy women who feel like their bodies are not functioning optimally; they may know something is off but aren’t exactly sure what may be causing it. This is also for women who know they have hormonal, thyroid, or adrenal imbalances and want more information to further their own journey toward optimal health.
