Being a mom can be incredibly rewarding...and incredibly challenging. All too often we spend our days driving carpools, making lunches, refereeing siblings, working and taking care of everyone except ourselves - it’s time we put ourselves on that “to do” list!
Grab a friend and join us for this 3 hour 'Introduction to Mindfulness' workshop entirely dedicated to moms like YOU! You’ll learn what mindfulness is, its benefits and what being a “mindful mama” is all about. We will share practical and accessible tools for bringing more calm, balance, and ease into your life and the life of your family.

Mindfully Empowered is a comprehensive mindfulness skills training program aimed at bringing the benefits of mindfulness to youth, parents and educators in schools, communities and the workplace.
The Mindfully Empowered program offers children, teachers, parents and individuals the tools needed to help increase self-awareness, attentional skills, impulse control, the ability to cope with stress and anxiety and manage challenging emotions. These tools have also been shown to foster a greater sense of empathy and compassion for oneself and others, while building confidence and resiliency.
Mindfully Empowered utilizes the evidenced-based Mindful Schools and MindUp curriculums along with innovative activities and creative, hands-on modalities, such as art, journaling and movement, to make these “life-changing” skills accessible, relevant and fun!
